Great news! The Zoo was awarded its very own license plate
by the State of Indiana in 2011, and it's now available.
Everybody here is  excited about it — the possibilities are
endless!

For only $40, you can get your very own! As a specialty
plate, $25 of the fee will go directly toward food and medical
care for the animals in our collection.

Want to stake your territory? Personalize your plate to show off
your wild side! And the Zoo license plate isn’t just for cars
— trucks and motorcycles are eligible, too. Keep an eye on

Our redesigned newsletter has a dynamic look and the content of
a real magazine. Look for stories about the new, interactive exhibit - Flights of Fancy - which is due to open Memorial Day weekend; get
a glimpse of springtime in the White River Gardens; get an update
on Zoo Babies, zoo newcomers, and familiar faces , too; read about
how the Zoo supports the Tarangire Elephant Project; and much, much more!

Stamps to save a species 

Sales benefit wildlife conservation efforts 

You can help support endangered animal species by purchasing the new Save Vanishing Species stamp from the U.S. Postal Service, featuring a beautiful
Amur tiger cub. Net proceeds from stamp sales directly support efforts to save beloved species like rhinos, elephants, tigers, turtles, and great apes – at
no cost to American taxpayers.

The Save Vanishing Species stamps are available at Post Office locations nationwide and at USPS.com.  They are 55 cents – 11 cents greater than a First Class Mail stamp – and $11 for a sheet of 20.
